The Lake Superior Chamber Orchestra begins its 26th season with a concert featuring organist Rachael Kresha, who will perform Francis Poulenc’s Concerto for Organ, Timpani and Strings in G minor on the historic Felgemaker Organ at Sacred Heart Music Center. Baritone Jeffrey Madison joins the LSCO to perform the Arnold Schoenberg arrangement of Gustav Mahler’s Songs of a Wayfarer. Also Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Theme by Thomas Tallis, and Rodion Shchedrin’s Carmen Suite, based on themes of Georges Bizet.
